Loan Executive

**Role Objective**
To generate and convert leads for **MSME loans** through direct outreach, references, and digital platforms, manage end-to-end loan processing from inquiry to disbursement, ensure accurate documentation, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Preference will be given to **ex-bankers with MSME lending experience**.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**
- Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, social media, and referrals.
- Engage potential clients to understand financial needs and present loan offerings.
- Build trust with clients through transparent communication and solution-based selling.
**Loan Processing & Documentation**
- Collect and verify client documents as per MSME loan requirements.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for credit appraisal, approval, and sanction.
- Track loan file progress and keep clients informed of status updates.
**Disbursement & Conversion**
- Drive end-to-end loan closure until disbursement.
- Follow up proactively to minimize delays in approval and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales/disbursement targets as assigned.
**Client Relationship Management**
- Maintain strong post-disbursement relationships for renewals, referrals, and cross-selling.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide personalized financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Data & Reporting**
- Record inquiry details, loan pipeline status, and disbursement reports in Google Sheets/CRM daily.
- Update reasons for non-conversion (e.g., pricing, eligibility, competitor offer) for analysis.
- Submit weekly performance reports to the Manager.
**Qualifications**
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
**Experience**: 2-3 years in loan sales, MSME lending, or financial services. **Ex-bankers with MSME lending background will be given preference.**
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office, and loan CRM tools.
- Knowledge of MSME loan products and financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
