Job Title: Loan Executive

Shilp Group is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Loan Executive. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the loan process for our customers, coordinating with banks and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare loan documentation and paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to secure the best loan terms and conditions for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial partners to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
