**About Us**:
**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Receivable (AR)**:

- Generate and send invoices to customers.
- Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams for payment collections.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.

**Accounts Payable (AP)**:

- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and approvals.
- Manage timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Reconcile accounts payable records with vendor statements.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and resolve any payment issues.

**Book Closing and Compliances**
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- GST and TDS Compliance on a Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Basis.

**Qualification and Experience**
- **
Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- **
Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting.


- Previous experience working in a SaaS company or technology-driven organization is preferred
