Job Purpose:
Business Development and Profitability:
- To achieve the targeted loan book & NIM by selling CMG products in the assigned geography
to HNI & Retail segments. The role requires business development thru multi-sourcing channels;
direct acquisition, national alliances
- Client Lifecycle Management: Ensure loan account regularization on on-going basis in terms of
security value, interest payment as well repayment of loan and keep NPA under control.
Understand client needs and offer multiple LAS products.
Principal Accountabilities:
To deliver strong sales & budgeted NIM growth in the area:
- To achieve the budgeted business volumes
- To constantly focus on fee generating service offerings to meet the projected fee income
- The product segment includes Loan against shares/MF Units to Brokers, Retail clients; Loan
against Financing and Special opportunity financing.
To undertake new client acquisition, retention & growth:
- To map the target clients in the state and drive relationships with them to have a healthy
pipeline & regular disbursements
- To develop direct sales teams for faster customer connectivity
- To increase the client base by effective lead generation management, cross selling initiatives &
brand differentiation
- To maintain service standards and metrics of client satisfaction:
- To stay abreast of the client requirements and monitor the relationship from initiation to closure
- To ensure that client promises are kept and their grievances are adequately addressed or
highlighted
- To resolve issues related to client servicing in case of contingencies
- To keep abreast of the latest trends & competition, identify new customer satisfaction
parameters & report to the management
To ensure risk management, policy adherence & documentation:
- To be aware of all critical policies, processes & documentation for all the products & ensure
compliance
- To help the risk & review process by continually monitoring the client profile & the margin
shortfall within predetermined time limit
To ensure high standards of portfolio management(Margin regularization, market intelligence)
- The stock market volatility impacts the security value on continuous basis. Ensure proactive
regularization of margin shortfalls each time.
- To keep up breast of the latest developments in the local market & report for any indication of
customer defaults, trends etc.
- To maintain good quality lending book and manage stress /overdues (if any) by engaging
actively & proactively with all stakeholders.
To formulate MIS & present them to the management:
- To send periodic reports to HO for lead closure ratios, sales volumes, profit & status of new
product launches
To contribute in own development and skill enhancement:
- To ensure on-going self-development attend internal and external training programs, other
relevant certifications that enhances the skills in the financial sales services
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
