**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that project requirements are met.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Facilitate regular meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates on project status, resolve issues, and address concerns.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that fire fighting systems and equipment meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Budget Tracking**: Monitor project expenses and track budget allocations to ensure that projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the fire fighting or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
