Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate mixing, blending, and milling equipment used in paint production.
- Set up and adjust machines for production runs according to product specifications.
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- **Production Process**:

- Weigh and measure raw materials and additives accurately.
- Follow detailed batch sheets and formulas to mix and blend paint products.
- Monitor the consistency, color, and quality of the paint during production.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis and perform basic tests (e.g., viscosity, pH, density).
- Adjust formulations as needed based on quality test results and feedback.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and contamination.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and repair of machinery as required.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate production logs and records.
- Complete production reports detailing quantities produced, material usage, and downtime.
- Communicate any production issues or delays to the supervisor.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other operators and production staff to meet production targets.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the paint or chemical industry.
- Familiarity with mixing and blending equipment and processes.
- **Skills**:

- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking; occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals, noise, and temperature variations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
