**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operate Equipment**: Start up, shut down, and operate equipment used in the resin manufacturing process, including reactors, mixers, and pumps.
- **Monitor Processes**: Continuously monitor production processes, including temperature, pressure, and chemical levels, ensuring they remain within specified parameters.
- **Adjust Settings**: Make necessary adjustments to equipment settings based on real-time data and process requirements.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, material usage, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- **Quality Control**: Perform routine quality checks and tests on resins to ensure they meet required specifications and standards.
- **Troubleshoot Issues**: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or process deviations, and work with maintenance personnel to resolve issues promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
- **Preventative Maintenance**: Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel to ensure seamless production and resolve any issues that arise.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in chemical processing or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a chemical plant operator or in a similar role, with specific experience in resin manufacturing highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of chemical processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in monitoring and adjusting production parameters.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods, and work in a variety of environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, noisy).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
