**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To make production plan and its implementation.
- To carryout process control and record the process parameters.
- In process quality inspection/testing of the product during production and if found meeting specifications to give instructions for packing.
- To inform maintenance department in case of break down and get the fault rectified.
- To give production report of finished products.
- To maintain record of raw material consumption in batches.
- To maintain all data batchwise & date wise of production.
- To maintain record of balance Finished Goods material on daily basis.
- Continual Improvement in Manufacturing Processes by adoption and Application of Sustainability ISO systems in an Integrated Manner.
- To assure that the Process and Utility Operation Controls, Monitoring, Control and Efficiency Evaluation Processes are established and followed for Improvement on ongoing basis.
- Effective CAPA Process and Reliable operations.
- Exercising overall control on quality, wastage and manpower to achieve high productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to see that orders are executed in time.
- To maintain plant and machinery.
- Ensure involvement of workman in safe working condition of unsafe act, unsafe condition, Kaizen, Good practices, HIRA, Aspect Impact review, effective CAPA Process & improvement plan of the department.
- Execute all daily & monthly basis reports as per required.
- Ensure all internal & external calibration of equipment’s & instruments as per schedule.
- To Maintain all documents of the department as per ISO systems in an Integrated Manner.
- To use all safety measures while working in plant.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
