**Job Description/ Responsibilities**:
**1. **To supervise the girls home every one hour

**2. **To monitor the children’s health, special education, physiotherapy and class activities and to update the management.

**3. **To follow-up with Government agencies such as DCPO, Social Welfare, Social Defence and CWC.

**4. **Renewal of all Government related certificates, licences & recognitions.

**5. **Children’s strength report (boys and girls) to be sent to DCPO by 5th of every month to the DCPO.

**6. **Child tracking systems updation.

**7. **To obtain necessary certificates for newly admitted children such as aadhaar, disability ID card, etc.

**8. **To conduct home management committee meeting every month and send the report to DCPO.

**9. **To maintain children attendance and related documents and to update the said documents on a daily basis.

**10. **Quarterly report of children to be sent to DCPO.

**11. **To complete admission and discharge procedure as and when required.

**12. **Counseling to be provided to adolescent girls.

13. Updation of salesforce software (Beneficiaries) platform and generating reports from the same.

14. To undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

15. To bring to notice any untoward incident to the Management.

**Registers to be maintained**:
**1. **Children Admission registers - overall

**2. **Children Admission register - Reception Unit

**3. **Children Admission register - Social Welfare

**4. **Dead children registers

**5. **Transferred children register

**6. **All children’s individual files.

**7. **All children’s medical files.

**8. **Children’s attendance

**Reports to be sent**:
**1. **Strength report to be sent to DCPO every month, after approval by Admin Manager

**2. **Home Management Committee meeting report to be sent to DCPO office every month.

**3. **Quarterly report on children to be sent to DCPO.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
