**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service and support to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and process orders.
- Research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to meet customer needs.
- Develop relationships with customers and partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
- Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Developing original content through in-depth research on industry-relevant topics
- Writing articles, blogs, website content, product descriptions, content for presentations, etc
- Working with the marketing team closely for advertising related content
- Suggesting, editing, and updating existing content of the company
- Proofreading the content before publishing
- Writing SEO compatible content with catchy headlines to increase engagement
- Capturing the attention of target audience with unique and engaging content
- Understanding the tone of the brand and producing plagiarism-free content
- Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads.
- Promote content on social media.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
- Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
- Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month
- end sales reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,553.04 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
