**Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Sales Coordinator to join our team. A sales coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within a sales department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and logístical support.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain sales documents, including contracts, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure availability of products and timely delivery to customers.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions, update records, and track sales activities.
- Provide sales support by scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and preparing materials as needed.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing guidance on processes, systems, and best practices.
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
