Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female) – Machine Manufacturing Industry

Location: Malumichampatti, Coimbatore

Experience: 1–3 years in Sales Coordination / Lead Generation / Telecalling

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation, cold calling, and client follow-ups.
  • Convert qualified leads into potential customers through effective communication.
  • Maintain customer databases, update CRM, and track sales progress.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Assist in handling customer queries and providing timely support.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English (multi-lingual proficiency is a must).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and sales coordination.
  • Strong convincing ability and customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and CRM tools preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
