Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and customer service activities.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales team events or conferences.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Track sales leads, progress, and report performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
  • Process orders, manage invoices, and assist in managing inventory levels related to customer sales.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and presentations.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages for the sales team when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
