- SETTING UP MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS AND LISTENING TO THEIR WISHES AND CONCERNS
- WORKING WITH THE SALES TEAM TO DEVELOP TARGETED SALES STRATEGIES.
- ANSWERING CLIENT QUERIES ABOUT PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND USES.
- TRACKING SALES DATA TO ENSURE THE COMPANY MEETS SALES QUOTAS.
- CREATING AND PRESENTING SALES PERFORMANCE REPORTS.
- FOLLOW UP WITH CREDIT CUSTOMER FOR OUTSTANDING PAYMENT.
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC LONG-TERM TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIGH VOLUME CLIENTS
- SUGGEST SOLUTIONS THAT ANSWER CLIENTS’ NEEDS AND WANTS.
- ESTABLISH AND SET UP KPIS /REPORTS FOR SHARING WITH INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CLIENTS.
- RESOLVING ISSUES OF THE CLIENTS IN REGARDS TO THE ACCOUNTS
- ACTING AS A POINT OF CONTACT BETWEEN THE CLIENTS AND THE INTERNAL TEAM
- TAKING FEEDBACK FROM THE CLIENTS AND WORKING ON THEM

**Key result areas**:

- The day-to-day tasks associated with the role are to manage customer inquiries by providing information about services, building sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers, and solving customer issues.
- The executive will also ensure timely delivery of cargo, documentation, and assist in organizing transport and logistics.
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the logistics industry

**Should possess**:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics or a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
