Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the company's founder, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries to the founder.
- Assist with special events and projects, such as product launches, conferences, and fundraising campaigns.
- Help manage projects and initiatives assigned by the founder, and ensure they are executed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather and compile information and data for the founder's use.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries, and determine the appropriate course of action.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
