We are hiring for a Founder's Office role to enable our Founders to think on the vision while this person is focused on executing the mission and day-to-day activities. You will work with company Founder & CMO to prioritize and drive several internal and external initiatives for product launches, marketing campaigns, hiring, financial analysis, providing metrics, investor reports and ensuring the Founder's focus and time is invested in the company's top priorities.

Responsibilities
- Looking someone A role where you work directly with our founders or leadership team to help them build and grow the company. Conducting deep research on industry-related topics to develop authentic content. Creating & managing founder-led content for articles, blogs, social media, newsletters, PR. Maintain knowledge around metaverse, web3.0 blockchain, IoT, Workplace & people trends and keeping the team updated. In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Founders' Staff, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of total experience.
- Understanding of enterprise technology
- Strong background in long-format content writing
- Getting things done in a fast-paced work environment.
- Lives and breathes Consumer trends and is up to date with GenZs and is creative about ways to reach them and bring them on to company.
- Be nimble enough to thrive in a fast-changing start-up environment yet being organised and
detail-oriented to ensure nothing falls off the cracks.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
