**Designation - HR Compliance Officer**

**Job Location - Aurangabad (Sambhaji Nagar), Maharashtra**
- **Key Responsibilities**:
**Policy Development & Implementation**:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

**Compliance Monitoring & Auditing**:
Monitor HR practices, conduct internal audits, and identify areas where compliance may be lacking.

**Training & Guidance**:
Provide training and guidance to HR staff, management, and employees on compliance matters.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records, prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies, and support record retention and disposal processes.

**Staying Up to Date**:
Monitor and interpret legal changes and best practices in HR compliance to ensure continuous improvement.

**Employee Relations**:
Advise on employee relations issues to ensure fair and legally compliant resolutions.
- **Skills & Qualifications**:
**Knowledge of HR Laws & Regulations**:
Strong understanding of relevant labor laws, employment standards, and HR regulations.

**Problem Solving Skills**:
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve compliance issues.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:
Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including HR staff, management, and employees.

**Organizational & Time Management Skills**:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

**Experience**:

- **Relevant experience in HR compliance, labor law, or related fields is often required. (3 to 4 yrs Exp.)**_
- **Age Below 30 Yrs**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
