**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including financial, data protection, and industry-specific standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential compliance risks and work with management to implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for management, highlighting any issues or areas of concern.
- Ensure that vendors and third-party partners comply with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
