Urgent Hiring for Compliance Executive

Experience Required: 5–10 years in statutory compliance

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Education: Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

Provident Fund (PF):

  • Monthly PF Challan generation using ECR format via the EPFO portal.
  • Handling PF withdrawal (Form 19/10C/31) processing for exited employees.
  • Experience in handling PF Death Claims and coordinating with beneficiaries for documentation and settlement.
  • Coordinating PF transfers (Form 13) between establishments.
  • Submitting PF Joint Declarations for corrections in employee details.
  • Managing UAN activation, linking Aadhaar, and resolving KYC discrepancies.

(Employees' State Insurance):

  • Generating monthly ESIC challans and ensuring accurate contributions.
  • Handling ESIC benefits claims like sickness, maternity, and medical reimbursement.
  • Coordinating with dispensaries and regional ESIC offices for claim settlement.
  • Registration and updating IP (Insured Person) details and maintaining ESIC registers.

Professional Tax (PT):

  • Monthly/annual PT challan generation through the Maharashtra PT portal.
  • Preparation and submission of PT returns as per due dates. Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF):


•Half-yearly MLWF challan preparation and payment via official portal.

  • Ensure proper contribution by employer and employee, as per the Act.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Date Functions, Conditional Formatting, and IF functions for data analysis and reconciliation.
  • Expertise in using of EPFO, ESIC, PT, and MLWF portals.
  • High level of accuracy and the ability to handle tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage bulk employee data for compliance tasks.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to address compliance issues effectively.
  • Skilled in maintaining organized, up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
  • Capable of independently planning and executing compliance timelines and statutory deadlines.
