**Job Title**: Office Administrator

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to support our daily office operations. This position involves a mix of administrative duties, as well as hands-on tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly, remains clean, and provides a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Ensure the office is tidy and organized by performing basic cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, wiping down surfaces, emptying trash, etc.).
- Clean and sanitize common areas, such as kitchens, break rooms, and bathrooms, to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Stock and maintain office supplies like cleaning products, coffee, tea, and snacks for staff.
- Replenish paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in bathrooms.
- **Kitchen and Beverage Management**:

- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages for staff and visitors.
- Keep the kitchen area tidy and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., coffee, milk, sugar, cups).
- Ensure appliances (microwave, fridge, etc.) are clean and functioning.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Organize meetings, appointments, and conference room schedules.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.
- Assist with filing, document organization, and other office paperwork.
- Help with booking travel arrangements and scheduling events when needed.
- **Office Supply Management**:

- Monitor and reorder office supplies (stationery, paper, printer ink, etc.) to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Coordinate deliveries and organize incoming shipments.
- **Coordination with Staff**:

- Help organize team events, office celebrations, and staff activities.
- Assist with HR-related tasks like welcoming new employees and setting up workstations.
- **Other Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Assist with any other day-to-day office needs as requested by staff or management.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to contribute to office upkeep.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical ability to perform light cleaning tasks (sweeping, wiping, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an office or customer service role is a plus, but not required.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, with standard office hours.
- Occasional light physical tasks, such as lifting small office supplies and cleaning equipment.
- A friendly and supportive work environment where teamwork is valued.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Shift allowance

**Experience**:

- Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
