We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing outbound and inbound sales activities, and converting prospects into customers. You will be responsible for utilizing various online and offline channels to identify potential leads and engage with them through effective communication strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to kick-start their career in sales and contribute to our company's growth.

**Training**: 3 Days Training Will be Provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lead generation activities both online and offline to identify potential customers.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, industry platforms, and events to engage with prospects.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to potential customers.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospects, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits of our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**SALARY : 8000 - 12000 **(Depends upon your performance)

**Benefits **:We are working as virtual office so it will be Work From Home, only 1 or 2 day in office meet will be there.
Comissions will be given + Bonus will be provided for target achievement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
