As a Paid Ads Specialist (PPC, Meta Ads, LinkedIn), you will play a crucial part in engaging our target audience through high-ROl campaigns and well-executed marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan marketing campaigns in line with company services.
- Manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Continuously monitor and optimise for maximum ROI.
- Design all creatives for performance marketing.
- Plan targeted campaigns for students and implement personalised communication.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, focusing on improving the ROl.
- Ensure efficient allocation of budget for optimal performance and ROI.

**Key Metrics**:

- Marketing ROl for online business.
- Increase in website traffic, conversion rates, and referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Mandatory 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with an education brand.
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
