**Job Title**: Java Backend Developer

**Technical Skills**:

- **Java**: Proficient in using the latest version (Java 8)
- **Unit Testing**: Hands-on experience with JUnit
- **Version Control**: Maven, GIT (basic commands like create branch, merge branch, etc.)
- **Agile Methodologies**: Experience working in Agile environments
- **Unix Commands**: Strong knowledge of shell scripting
- **Integration Testing**: Practical experience
- **Problem Solving**: Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
- **Coding Standards**: Adherence to best practices and clean coding principles

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for engineering highly available and performant systems
- Creativity and resourcefulness for independent problem-solving
- Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and build innovative solutions
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

**Additional Skills**:

- **Testing Frameworks**: JUnit 4+, Cucumber, Mockito, AssertJ, Jest, Cypress
- **Object-Oriented Design**: Strong knowledge of design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Builder)
- **Relational Databases**: Experience with Sybase and MySQL
- **Distributed Caching**: Knowledge of Apache Ignite
- **Event Streaming**: Experience with Apache Kafka, Apache Pulsar, RabbitMQ
- **Concurrency**: Familiarity with Streams and Parallel Streams, Executor Framework, and concurrent collections
- **Scalable Services**: Expertise in Multithreading, JVM tuning, SOLID principles

**Education**:

- B.E, B.Tech, MCA, MSc (CS), or equivalent degree

**Preferred Skills**:

- Working knowledge of building and deploying distributed systems
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenStack)

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
