You will play a key role in building mission-critical services that power Payoneer's global payment ecosystem.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java.- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems to support global financial transactions.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver business-critical features.- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and resilience.- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 4 to 8 years of backend development experience.- Strong programming skills in Java - Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture.
