**Retail Sales Representative**

Key Responsibilities

1. *Greet and Assist Customers*: Welcome customers, answer queries, and provide information about products.

2. *Product Knowledge*: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

3. *Sales and Upselling*: Meet sales targets by selling products, offering suggestions, and promoting special deals.

4. *Maintain Store Appearance*: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

5. *Process Transactions*: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns/exchanges.

6. *Build Customer Relationships*: Foster a positive shopping experience, resolve customer complaints, and encourage repeat business.

7. *Achieve Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and participate in sales promotions and events.

8. *Collaborate with Team*: Work with colleagues to achieve sales objectives, share product knowledge, and maintain a positive store environment.

Skills and Qualifications

1. *Excellent Communication*: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

2. *Product Knowledge*: Ability to learn and communicate product information.

3. *Sales and Customer Service*: Proven sales and customer service experience.

4. *Time Management*: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

5. *Basic Math Skills*: Ability to handle cash, operate a point-of-sale system, and perform basic math calculations.

Education and Experience

1. *Graduate or Equivalent *: Minimum educational requirement.

2. *Retail Sales Experience*: Minimum 1 year previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry or product category.

Working Conditions

1. *Retail Store Environment*: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹22,607.00 per month
