The Retail Sales Executive drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service in a retail environment. They engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers, provide product advice, and address inquiries.
- **Sales**: Promote and sell products to meet sales goals; upsell and cross-sell.
- **Store Presentation**: Maintain an organized, visually appealing store and ensure products are well-stocked.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat business.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and assist with daily store operations.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Share customer insights and sales performance with management.

**Required Skills**:

- **Experience**: Retail or customer service experience preferred.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Focused**: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Knowledge of the product category (e.g., grocery) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹12,432.79 per month
