**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Customer Service**:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, sizing, and technical inquiries.

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate cycling gear and accessories.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cycling products and brands to educate customers and enhance their shopping experience.

Drive sales by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions.

**Inventory Management**:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of cycling gear, accessories, and equipment.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to replenish inventory in a timely manner.

Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.

**Visual Merchandising**:
Maintain an attractive and organized retail environment by arranging products displays and signage.

Implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections.

Ensure that product information and pricing are accurately displayed throughout the store.

**Operational Excellence**:
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.

Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, exchanges, and warranties.

Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.

Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the cycling or outdoor industry.

Passion for cycling and a strong understanding of cycling products, brands, and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (required)
