**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the lubricant oil segment.
- Promote and sell company products to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Manage orders, deliveries, and client communications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies.
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry, specifically in lubricant oil sales.
- Field sales and marketing experience is mandatory.
- Must own a bike for travel purposes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
