**Customer Care Representative Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls on the customer care number promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Forward calls to the appropriate department or staff member when specialized intervention is required.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies with a keen attention to detail.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers, including providing general information about products and services.
- Work closely with the customer service team to develop strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:
