**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Bartenders**:

- Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Help with the preparation of garnishes, mixers, and drink garnishes.
- Ensure that drinks are served in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Bar Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including wiping down counters, sanitizing glasses, and cleaning utensils and tools.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies (alcohol, mixers, ice, glassware) and assist with inventory management.
- **Stocking & Inventory**:

- Assist in restocking the bar with drinks, ingredients, and bar tools as required.
- Report low stock levels or damaged items to the bar manager for timely restocking.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure that all health and safety standards, including food safety regulations, are adhered to.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements and house policies.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the bartending and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently.
- **Cash Handling (if applicable)**:

- Assist in processing payments, including cash and card transactions, and provide correct change when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and tips.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
