**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drink Preparation & Service**:

- Assist the bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Handle drink orders efficiently, ensuring guests receive their orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare garnishes, ice, and cocktail tools to ensure drinks are served correctly.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guest needs and responding to requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
- **Bar Maintenance and Cleanliness**:

- Clean bar equipment, tools, glasses, and the bar area regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Refill supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments, ensuring the bar area is fully stocked.
- Assist with taking out trash and keeping the bar area free of clutter during shifts.
- **Stock and Inventory Management**:

- Help monitor stock levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, and bar supplies.
- Assist with the inventory process, including receiving and storing deliveries.
- Report any low stock items or potential shortages to the bartender or bar manager.
- **Assisting with Orders and Cash Handling**:

- Take and relay drink orders to the bartender in a clear and organized manner.
- Assist with preparing drink orders during busy periods.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tips, following proper cash handling procedures.
- **Compliance with Legal Requirements**:

- Ensure that all customers are served alcohol responsibly and that no underage drinking occurs.
- Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and food safety.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
- Maintain good communication with the bartender to ensure a continuous flow of work during busy times.
- **Upselling & Product Knowledge**:

- Suggest drink specials and upsell products when appropriate.
- Stay informed about the bar's menu, including drink specials, new items, and any promotions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
