**Role Overview**

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will own and execute marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels to drive ecommerce growth. You’ll work closely with product, content, and design teams to run result-oriented campaigns and build a strong digital presence for our online store.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO for Shopify product listings and landing pages.
- Monitor performance metrics: CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CAC and Traffic.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives, landing pages, and banners.
- Set up and manage marketing automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Implement basic CRO best practices to improve user journeys and sales funnel.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Search Console.
- Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and partnerships.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably for ecommerce or D2C brands.
- Proven expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce funnels.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet KPIs independently.
- Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn attitude.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Data Studio, or similar is a plus.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with industrial or B2B ecommerce.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or YouTube marketing.
- Basic design or video editing skills for ad creatives.
- Worked with budget management and scaling paid media spend.
