We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our software training institute and generate business. This role offers a performance-based salary structure, with earnings tied to the percentage of business generated.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential students and partners to promote our training programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase enrollments.
- Manage leads and follow up to close sales effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT/software training programs is an advantage.
