**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet budget and timeline requirements.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure consistent branding.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Support the sales team with customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
