**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**MARKETING TRAINEE**
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated marketing intern to join our growing marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in social media and content marketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include preparing promotional presentations, monitoring social platforms, and conducting market analysis.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain databases of potential leads and existing customer information.
- Regularly update and cleanse databases to ensure accuracy and relevance of data.
- Work closely with marketing managers to develop strategies for outbound data generation.
- Monitor the performance of outbound campaigns and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in outbound data generation efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze data to provide insights for marketing campaigns and product development.
- Learn to use marketing analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the marketing team.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
