ob Title Digital Marketing Trainee Location Gurgaon Hybrid On-site Company La D coller Aviation Aerospace Defense Marketing Specialists About La D coller La D coller is a full-scope marketing agency dedicated to the aviation aerospace and defense sector We help global aviation businesses grow through branding digital marketing content paid ads and strategic communication We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn experiment and build their career in aviation-focused marketing Job Purpose To support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns creating content managing social media and driving brand visibility for La D coller and its clients Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Support Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media email SEO and paid ads Support in planning content calendars campaigns and brand communication Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and YouTube Monitor platform performance and provide weekly analytics reports Content Creation Branding Assist with writing captions short blogs case studies and ad copies Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives reels and marketing materials Research aviation and marketing trends for content ideas Campaign Execution Analysis Support performance marketing activities Meta ads Google Ads Track KPIs like reach impressions engagement and lead generation Maintain documentation and dashboards for client marketing performance Client Support Coordination Work with the marketing team to prepare presentations reports and proposals Assist in onboarding new clients and gathering campaign requirements Help maintain smooth communication between internal teams Skills Qualities Required Strong interest in marketing branding and digital strategy Good communication and writing skills Basic understanding of social media platforms Creative thinking and willingness to learn Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of Canva or basic editing is a plus Aviation interest is an advantage Education Experience Minimum Education Graduate or pursuing final year in Marketing Mass Communication Digital Media or related fields Experience 0 1 year freshers welcome Any internship in digital marketing is a bonus What You Will Learn End-to-end marketing for aviation brands Social media strategy and content creation Digital ads SEO and analytics tools Branding and campaign management Working with real aviation clients worldwide
