As a Performance Marketing Trainee, you will work closely with our marketing team to assist in various digital marketing initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
- Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge about Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
