**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day execution across supply chain coordination, documentation, and vendor management. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Billing & Invoicing Support**
- Prepare and submit billing files for enterprise clients
- Follow up on pending invoice uploads, re-submissions, and issue resolution
- Coordinate with finance teams on receivables tracking and reporting

**2. Logistics & Import Coordination**
- Track import shipments and manage documentation for customs clearance
- Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse partners
- Ensure timely updates on shipment status and resolve bottlenecks

**3. Travel & Admin Support**
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary planning for internal staff and overseas visitors
- Assist with visa letters, cab arrangements, and office hospitality coordination

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain logs of POs, dispatches, and inventory status
- Support reporting for internal and client-facing dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy across spreadsheets and internal systems

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics support (internships welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based documentation
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable working across teams and time zones
- Basic understanding of import/export documentation is a plus

Pay: ₹270,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
