**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum graduate.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress positively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing,).
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues over the phone.
- Provide information about services in a clear and effective manner.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database accurately.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals or queries.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
