**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to job seekers and explain relevant job openings.
- Handle incoming queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and placement goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills in **Hindi and basic English**.
- Polite, confident, and convincing telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Prior telecalling or recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Should be comfortable making multiple calls daily.
