As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, discussing our various training programs, and converting leads into admissions. You will play a crucial role in generating revenue and ensuring the success of our sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential students, explaining the benefits of our courses and services.
- Qualify leads and generate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and student interactions in the system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries via calls
- Address student queries and resolve any concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone.
- Prior experience in educational services or defence coaching is a plus.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
