**Job Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive **Tele caller** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our IT solutions, and generating business opportunities through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Understand client needs and provide relevant information about our IT solutions.
- Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain a database of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- High school diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a tele caller, tele sales representative, or similar role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
