**Job Title: Accounts & Administration Executive**
**Location: Baner, Pune**
**Experience: 1 to 4 Years**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts**:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and
expense tracking
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely follow-ups
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
- Work with external auditors and CA firms as required
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
**Administration**:
- Oversee general office administration and facility management
- Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Handle vendor management and negotiation
- Coordinate with internal teams for admin-related support
- Assist in HR and payroll coordination when needed
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of company records
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and office administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
**Preferred Skills**:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience in handling admin duties in a corporate setup
- Familiarity with payroll processing and vendor coordination
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
