**Responsibilities**:
1. **Cash Counter Handling**:
- Manage the cash counter, ensuring accurate cash transactions.
- Handle customer payments & provide receipts
2. **Billing**:
- Generate and issue bills for customers using billing software.
- Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Address any billing queries or issues from customers.
3. **Purchase Entries**:
- Record all purchase entries accurately in the Tally software.
- Verify and reconcile purchase orders with invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all inventory and stock levels.
4. **Bookkeeping**:
- Prepare and update ledgers in accounting
- Maintain daily transaction record in system
5. **Basic Accounting Tasks**:
- Record daily transactions and complete the posting process.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
6. **Desk-Related Tasks**:
- Manage and organize paperwork, including invoices, receipts, and delivery notes.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
7. **Advanced Excel Tasks**:
- Use advanced Excel functions for reporting, and inventory management.
- Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets for sales, expenses, and inventory tracking.
- Generate reports and provide insights based on data.
**Qualifications**:
- Equivalent Degree or Graduation in commerce
- 1-2 years of experience in store administration or accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally and advanced Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of English is must.
- Working Hours: 11.30 AM - 09.00 PM
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
