Ø Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.

Ø Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

Ø Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

Ø Answering customers' questions on the products.

Ø Meeting sales quotas.

Ø Telesales Representative Requirements:
Ø Excellent communication skills.

Ø Creative thinking skills.

Ø The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

Ø Good sales ability.

Ø Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

Ø Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Ø The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar - 201301, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
