**Telesales or Backend Sales:

We're looking for a Telesales who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Telesales will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.
**Telesales Duties**:
- Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services.
- Input customer information into computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities.
- Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services.
- Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.
**Requirements and skills:

- Must be Graduate in any stream.
- Proven experience as Telesales representative or B2B sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
