
Sales Executive and Telecalling

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and feedback.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (1-3 years minimum).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in [insert relevant industry, e.g., FMCG, SaaS, Real Estate].
- Fluency in [English,malayalam].
