**Job Summary**: The Secretary to the Company Director provides comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing daily schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel both domestic and international. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage tasks with high attention to detail and discretion. The Secretary will also accompany the Director on business trips abroad to support logistics, scheduling, and documentation needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Schedule Management**: Organize and manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, calls, and appointments.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange and manage travel plans, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and necessary documents for both domestic and international travel.
- **Trip Assistance**: Accompany the Director on domestic and international business trips to provide administrative support, such as handling on-site schedules, coordinating local transportation, and managing travel documentation.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare and distribute agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- **Document Preparation**: Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized records and documentation, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
- **General Office Support**: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience working in a corporate or executive setting.
- Knowledge of travel and itinerary planning, including familiarity with visa requirements and international travel protocols.
- Proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
This role is ideal for a proactive, reliable professional ready to provide dedicated support to the Company Director, both in-office and during Domestic and international trips.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
