**Mobiliser - Educational Sales Professional**

**OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Conduct regular school visits to showcase and promote educational products and solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools, including principals, teachers, and management
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand school requirements and align them with our solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations of books and LMS platforms
- Provide detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and implementation processes
- Execute consultative selling approaches to convert prospects into clients
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for both physical books and LMS subscriptions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with school management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on product developments and market trends in educational technology
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Essential**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Own two-wheeler for transportation
- Personal laptop for presentations and demonstrations
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor
**Desired**:
- Previous experience in educational sales
- Knowledge of educational technology and learning management systems
- Understanding of the pre-primary education sector
- Track record of achieving sales targets
