**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Management**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.
- Identify potential quality issues early and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure that work meets quality and specification standards.
- Review and ensure that all quality control documentation is maintained accurately.
- **Cost Management**:

- Prepare cost estimates and detailed financial reports for construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled within the set limits.
- Assess and monitor the impact of changes on the project budget and propose cost-effective alternatives when necessary.
- Provide accurate valuation reports and final accounts.
- **Procurement and Contract Management**:

- Assist in the preparation and management of tender documentation.
- Evaluate bids from contractors and suppliers, ensuring they align with project quality and budgetary requirements.
- Support contract negotiation and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with the project management team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Provide regular progress reports on quality, cost, and timeline to project stakeholders.
- Oversee and ensure that the safety and regulatory compliance standards are maintained on-site.
- Conduct site visits and collaborate with the project team to resolve issues promptly.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and evaluate risks related to quality, cost, and scope, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk management procedures and ensure corrective actions are taken where necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain up-to-date records and reports for all quality inspections, audits, and cost assessments.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key risks, issues, and changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, RICS, etc.) would be advantageous.
- years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Quality Surveyor, with a strong background in construction project management.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, quality assurance procedures, and cost estimation techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
